Pupil and Parent Surveys
Parent Survey, October 2021
Parent Survey, March 2021
A big thank you to our parents for your overwhelmingly positive comments (see right) and feedback about our school.
What you wanted us to work on:
- Supporting our children with friendships since returning from the second lockdown including a shared understanding of bullying and bullying behaviours.
- When restrictions are lifted, looking at developing the playgrounds and equipment that support play.
- When restrictions are lifted, returning to our full programme of educational visits, clubs, community work and pupil roles and responsibilities to further support our children’s personal development.
What we have done:
- 20/04/21 – letter to parents from our Senior Learning Mentor & Pastoral Manager, Miss N Simpson.
- 06/05/21 – an online safety and cyberbullying workshop for Year 5 and 6 parents from our e-Safety Lead, Mr Pascall. This followed work and discussion in each class with all Year 5 and 6 pupils.
Parent Survey, Summer 2020
Our Summer 2020 survey did not take place due to the closure of school to most pupils and the priority to safely manage the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
Pupil Survey, Summer 2019
Thank you to all of our pupils for your overwhelmingly positive comments and feedback about your school and for some very constructive suggestions to make everyone’s time at the Academy even better. See the full results of the survey here.
September 2019 Update
Parent Survey, Summer 2018
Thank you to all parents/carers who completed and returned our Summer 2018 questionnaire.

The Senior Management Team was very pleased to receive such overwhelmingly positive feedback but has investigated areas of parent concern, and since acted to address the specific issues raised. One of these was over the clarity and consistency with which homework is set, this is being reviewed with the input of the School Council.
